The AltFi Awards have been running since 2014, celebrating Europe’s leading alternative finance and fintech businesses. The FinTech50, now in its seventh year, is an annual list of the 50 hottest FinTech companies in Europe selected by an expert panel in the FinTech industry. They make it clear on their website that it is not an awards programme, and there are no outright winners. Companies can self-nominate to be considered for the list.

The India FinTech Forum aims to position the fintech community in India as a global leader in innovation and entrepreneurship. IFTA pioneered fintech awards in India to celebrate the best innovations from fintech companies. Delegates attend from several Asian countries including Bangladesh, China and Japan. IFTA finalists in past include startups from Belgium, Hong Kong and Israel.
The Women in FinTech Powerlist shines a spotlight on the women leading the way for change in financial services. The Powerlist continues to grow with over 1200 responses for the 2018 edition, its highest total since the list’s inception in 2015.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) FinTech Awards represent the industry's highest accolade for FinTech innovation. The purpose of the Swiss FinTech Awards is to promote Swiss fintech innovators and to contribute to the strong Swiss fintech ecosystem. The Awards specifically recognize outstanding fintech start-ups and fintech influencers. The winners are chosen by a renowned jury consisting of 20+ fintech experts.
The UK FinTech Awards are produced by Barker Brooks Communications, the events and media company behind the well known Yorkshire Financial Awards. They say they developed the awards to “celebrate this incredible industry, and the achievements and successes of the country’s best and brightest.”
